This document outlines our procedure for responding to requests for data erasure made in accordance with UK data protection law. The obligations of RINGTONESADDA in responding to such a request are outlined in this document, together with the data subject’s rights regarding data deletion.

A person has the “right to be forgotten,” sometimes known as the right to be erased. The idea behind this right is to give people the ability to ask for the deletion of personal data when there is no compelling reason to keep using it.
When is the right to be forgotten in effect?
Individuals have the right to request the deletion of their personal data and to stop processing in certain circumstances, as stated in the UK Data Protection Act.
when the personal data is no longer required for the original purpose for which it was gathered or processed;
when the person withdraws their consent;
when a person objects to the processing and there isn’t another basis for the particular processing activity under law;
while improperly processing personal data;
when erasing personal data is necessary to meet a legal requirement.
WHAT INFORMATION IS CONTAINED IN RINGTONESADDA?
The “Interplace” team at RINGTONESADDA stores information about individuals in order to develop role reports. We keep each person’s subsequent team role scores as well as their name, email address, gender, organisation or department (if provided) on our secure servers in the UK for 90 days in order to create a report. Our privacy policy, which is available here: Privacy Policy, is followed in the storage and use of this data.
If permission is granted, personal information (such as the aforementioned plus your address, phone number, and notes) may be saved in our CRM system so that we can get in touch with you about RINGTONESADDA news, goods, and promotions.
How is data removed?
The data controller when you buy a Team Role Report directly from RINGTONESADDA is RINGTONESADDA. In this scenario, we will remove the team character data (scores) after three years, after receiving a request (by email to ringtonesadda58@gmail.com), or upon request. RINGTONESADDA serves as a data processor and the client serves as a data controller when an organisation purchases access to a RINGTONESADDA online account.
In this situation, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the data is not maintained for any longer than is required to fulfil the stated reasons.
The RINGTONESADDA online account holder may at any time delete data from their interplace system while working on behalf of their company. As soon as this happens, the data is promptly removed from the system and is no longer accessible to users or staff members of RINGTONESADDA. Data that has been deleted or destroyed cannot ever be retrieved. Before data is permanently destroyed, the account administrator will receive a sufficient warning.
In system backup files, which are routinely erased, data may still be present.
Requests to delete information from our CRM should be sent to ringtonesadda58@gmail.com. Once the information has been erased, we will email you a confirmation within a month (30 calendar days). We try to finish the request earlier than expected whenever we can.
