Procedure for Violation / Removal
The Ringtonesadda platform is free of any offensive, unlawful, or content that violates the intellectual property rights of others because we want to provide our users with a safe and secure environment.
The Terms of Service of Ringtonesadda prohibit users from posting, sharing, or sending any objectionable material that endangers India’s security or sovereignty, disrupts public order, is defamatory, obscene, obscene, pedophilic, invades another person’s privacy, or is detrimental to minors.
Users are not allowed to upload, share, or transmit content that violates the rights to another person’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property under the terms of service of Ringtonesadda.
Please make sure your notification is exact and comprehensive before submitting any requests. If we need more details from you to finish your notification, kindly respond as soon as possible. Your request might not be handled further if the necessary data is not provided.
• Copyright The owner’s legal right to safeguard the author’s original creative works is known as copyright (eg songs, videos, images, etc.). However, copyright merely shields the first manifestation of an idea; it does not shield the truth or the core notions.
1. Copyright Violations
Any content that violates copyright is not permitted. Each user is responsible for making sure that the content they post does not violate any third-party copyrights. Without the appropriate consent or a legitimate justification, using another person’s copyrighted content may be considered an infringement. Because there are some exceptions that fit under the definition of “fair use” under Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957, it is important to keep in mind that not all unlawful uses of copyrighted content are considered to be violations.
2. Content deletion or account suspension
When properly informed that the materials or posts violate a third party’s copyright, ringtonesadda will delete them temporarily and will comply with the request within 24 hours. The submitted request for infringement or removal will be examined by our Grievance Officer. If the reviewed information is determined to be unlawful or to have violated the rights of a third party, it will be permanently removed within 36 hours of the review’s conclusion. The review process could last up to 15 days. If you repeatedly violate copyright laws while using the ringtonesadda website or if you violate the Terms of Service, your account may be permanently suspended or cancelled.
3. Copyright Infringement Notification
You can file a copyright infringement notification if you think that someone has posted your copyright-protected work without your consent on the ringtonesadda website or app or used one of their servers to host it. If the use qualifies as fair use, please think twice before sending us a copyright notification.
B. You must submit a notice stating the following in order to ask ringtonesadda to remove content that violates your copyright:
– Your name, postal address, contact information, and email address. Please make it explicit how you are related to the uploader if you are the uploader’s authorised representative, such as an attorney.
– An explanation of the allegedly infringing work that is protected by copyright.
– A thorough explanation of your issue. (For instance: a thorough description of the activity you believe violates your copyright and legal rights; why you believe it does; what obstacles have you had to overcome?
– A description of the location on the ringtonesadda Service of the allegedly unlawful material that you believe to be there (for example, the URL for the audio or image or the user account that posted the audio or image; feel free to utilise screenshots to help us locate the illegal material).
– A declaration that you genuinely believe the copyright owner, their agent, or the law does not permit you to use the work in question.
– A declaration that the information provided above is true and that you are the copyright owner or have the necessary authority to act on their behalf, made under penalty of perjury.
– Your digital or written signature. You can type your full legal name (not the company’s) at the bottom of your notification to satisfy this requirement.

After a review that could last up to 15 days, if it is determined that the content in question violates existing laws and Article 19 (2) of the Indian Constitution, it will be permanently taken down within 24 hours. 4. Content deletion; account suspension or deletion
Any user-submitted content that is against the law may be taken down from our platform. Please be aware that uploading taken down content in response to a taken down complaint may result in account suspension for good. Additionally, if you repeatedly violate the terms of service for the ringtonesadda website, your account may be permanently suspended or deleted. Our complaints manager will investigate. If the reviewed content is determined to be unlawful or to breach your rights, it will be permanently deleted within 36 hours of the review’s conclusion, which might take up to 15 days.
